    As HR and Management consultant Csaba has been supporting multinational organizations as well as actors of non-profit sector and their management. He has had near 20 years of professional experience in Organisational Development and Management Programmes (HR strategy, selection, HR research and development in retention). His committed, analytical and enthusiastic attitude has helped his clients to make decisions in time at both strategic and operational level. His engineering and business skills make him an ideal candidate in resolving complex, cross-domain issues. Prime example of his utilization in a unique combination of tasks is when one of his clients, a leader in flexible high tech manufacturing, engaged him in spearheading their product life cycle management project in combination with a personalized management coaching. He is senior management consultant of AC Human Ltd. \r\nHe had invited many times as lecturer in post graduated programmes at Universities.\r\nHe was trained for organisational development and project management consultancy in Austria, in England and in Hungary. Within OD his core competency is designing and leading management programmes and workshops, adapting people management concepts. He widened his professional activity into the direction of quality development through domestic and international studies and assignments.\r\nAmong his main clients (as consultant and coach) were Celanese Hungary, Philip MORRIS, EON, ERICSSON, ROCHE Diagnostics, GE Lighting, Coca-Cola Beverages, Burger King, Vincotech, Hungarian TELEKOM - and from non-profit sector SOS, Bator Tabor. He graduated as an electrical engineer from the Budapest University of Technology.

    As HR Leader and later as consultant Réka has supported multinational organizations as well as local enterprises and their management to change, transform and develop both professionally and culturally. Réka has fourteen years of strategic HR experience. She has been covering all fields of the HR profession just as HR strategy, manpower planning, organizational development, recruitment, total rewards, talent development and employee relations within FMCG companies and service centers as well as in the non profit sector. Her commitment, dynamism and energetic personality has helped her partners become successful and strong leaders and organizations. She has been working for seven years as HR partner at Unilever where she played key role during the merger of Bestfoods with the company. Besides her active enterprise in 2010 she returned to the corporate world for two years to lead the HR team of Celanese Hungary. During her career as consultant and coach her main partners were Sony, Coca-Cola, a local major book retail chain Libri, I.T.D International Trade Development Hungary, and market leader wine retail chain Bortársaság. She is regularly a guest speaker in education institutions. Réka obtained her Bachelors Degree in Business in Budapest, and she earned her Masters Degree Summa Cum Laude with presidential scholarship in Business at Niagara University, New York, U.S.A. After ten years of experience being the president of the Foundation she developed a non-profit organization to be able to run independently which contributed to the American education of 200 students.

    Irén Bíró comes from a multinational background. She has started her career at PepsiCo as Key Account manager in the Horeca Business. She started working at Coca-Cola Beverages Hungary Ltd. in 1996. She worked in various sales management positions including Telesales and Trade marketing. She attained strong people management experience as Regional Sales Manager. After long years of using HR processes as an internal customer within the company she was given the opportunity to join the HR department as HR manager for Sales, Finance and IT at Coca-Cola Beverages. She learned how to develop and operate HR activities she had just been using before. In addition to the basic HR activities she has been conducting several trainings for employees. She attained strong interviewing skills and organized and facilitated Assessment Centers. She has been leading important projects such as international trainee program and employer branding project. She graduated as economist from the College for Trade. She also obtained her BA degree in business management studies from Oxford Brookes University.

    His main competence is in designing and leading organizational development processes, coaching, and leadership trainings. He and his company, AC Human Ltd. was among the first in Hungary adopting and using the Assessment Centre selection method. He graduated as psychologist from Eötvös Loránd University of Science, Budapest, Hungary. He received his Clinical Psychologist and Communication and Behavioral Science degree from Cognitive and Behavioral Institute, Budapest, Hungary. He also holds a postgraduate degree in economy from the Post Graduate Institute of Corvinus University. He was trained for conflict management, cross-cultural management, and assertiveness in Hungary, Buffalo, (USA). He is a Trained Football Coach.
