  • Anikó Szabadfalvi

    Aniko Szabadfalvi is a highly qualified and very experienced HR professional. She has gained considerable experience and built a thorough understanding of all aspects of HR activities during a long and successful career at blue chip companies and lately as an HR consultant. Among others she served as HR Director of Coca-Cola Company Central Europe Division, HR Director of HBO Central Europe , HR Director of Ericsson Hungary. Since 2008 she has been providing services as a consultant to The Coca-Cola Company, Coca-Cola Hellenic, Burger King Hungary, Chello Central Europe, Celanese Hungary. She has a broad knowledge of HR systems, their development, introduction and operation, wide experience in efficiently managing and operating fully-fledged HR functions in a multi-cultural environment. She is result and customer oriented. During her HR career of 18 years she has conducted internal training in different subjects in various countries and for various levels, including very senior positions. She graduated from the University of Pécs. She completed her MBA course of Budapest University of Technology and Economics.

  • Zoltán Tóth

    Zoltán Tóth is a senior consultant at AC Human Ltd. His main competence is in designing and leading organizational development processes and leadership training. He was among the first professionals in Hungary to adopt and use the Assessment Center selection method. He has been conducting ACs since 1993, primarily for the Hungarian subsidiaries of blue chip and multinational companies. He managed different processes for all levels for clients such as Opel, Coca-Cola Beverages, K&H Bank. Among his clients are e.g. Coca-Cola Company, HBO, Celanese Hungary, K&H Bank, Philip Morris, EON, Opel, Budapest University of Technology and Economics, ERICSSON, Coca-Cola Beverages, Burger King, Magyar TELEKOM, and Inside. He graduated as psychologist from Eötvös Loránd University of Science, Budapest, Hungary. He received his Clinical Psychologist and Communication and Behavioral Science degree from Cognitive and Behavioral Institute, Budapest, Hungary. He also holds a postgraduate degree in economy from the Post Graduate Institute of Corvinus University. He was trained in conflict management, cross-cultural management, and assertiveness in Hungary and Buffalo, USA. He is a Trained Football Coach.

  • Csaba Hörömpöly

    Csaba Hörömpöly has had 15 years of professional experience in Organisational Development and Management Programmes. He is senior management consultant of AC Human Ltd. He was trained for organisational development and project management consultancy in Austria, in England and in Hungary. Within OD his core competency is designing and leading management programmes (e.g project management) and workshops, adapting people management concepts. He widened his professional activity into the direction of quality development through domestic and international studies and assignments. Among his clients are e.g. Celanese Hungary, Philip MORRIS, EON, ERICSSON, ROCHE Diagnostics, GE Consumer Products, Coca-Cola Beverages, Burger King, and Hungarian TELEKOM. He graduated as an electrical engineer from the Budapest University of Technology.
