  • Selection

    One of our emphasized areas of personnel consultancy is selecting competent and qualified employees or leaders, as well as identifying their abilities and motivations. The interview technique training session are conducted in a workshop format during which participants learn about AC Human's three-dimensional and behavior-based interviewing method and its application. Completing the training will enable the participants to more consciously and effectively conduct interviews and to improve interviewing skills in order to select the best candidate for the job.

  • Assertiveness - Business Communication

    An essential element of everyday and professional communication is acquiring and mastering assertiveness. Its essence is genuine, adequate and clear self expression, which significantly increases the success of our behavior. Our program introduces the characteristics of passive, assertive and aggressive behavior and, through various practices and exercises, builds up the elements of assertive presence. Practicing presentation methods as well as role playing all contribute significant roles in the process together with feedback and reception. Upon acquiring assertive behavior, the effectiveness of communication will increase and thus conflicts can be minimized or avoided.

  • Project Management

    It has now become a trend that, with the cooperation of several participants and with an ever-shortening timeframe, results that were not fully defined in the beginning of the project have to be delivered. During the training the participants will acquire the basic project management knowledge, beginning with the definition of projects through organizational and management issues, as well as optimal planning all the way to successful project controls.

  • Performance Management

    Performance management as the tool of accomplishing corporate goals has an emphasized role when discussing leadership tools. During training the participants will have a deeper understanding of the importance of performance management processes, and will be able to efficiently and effectively conduct performance evaluation and performance development discussions with their subordinates. During the practical trainings the participants will learn how to set measurable and attainable corporate goals (SMART), how to evaluate the subordinates' performances against these goals and how to conduct an effective evaluation discussion on all of the above.   • Telemarketing and Customer Service

    As a result of centralization and globalization, centralized customer service activities have grown in inportance. In order to ensure that customers do not feel that communication is too impersonal, it is essential that customer service personnel understand the basics of communication and selling through the telephone. The trainings are primarily based on situational role playing that provides practical knowledge that can be utilized immediately after the training. The participants can empathize with the role of the customers, therefore enabling them to have a clearer picture of how to solve the issue. All of these may result in friendlier and more effective customer service indicated by an increase in customer satisfaction.
